At the center of Eric’s life is his family. He’s been happily married for 26 years to his wife, who is known for her warmth, wisdom, and kindness. Her unwavering support and belief in his vision played a huge role in the launch of Productivity Advocates. She continues to be a grounding presence and source of daily inspiration.
Together, they’ve raised four incredible kids and are now grandparents to two young girls. Whether they’re out four-wheeling, boating, or enjoying quiet family dinners, Eric deeply values time spent with loved ones. His personal life reminds him that productivity should serve people — not control them.
